Steps to cancel your plan.

For users on legacy plans

You can cancel an active subscription with these steps:

  • Log in to your account,

  • Click on the "..." icon at the top-right corner of the navigation menu,

  • Choose 'Upgrade' from the drop-down,

  • Click the grey "Cancel subscription" button:

For users on new plans with the Stripe payment platform

Subscriptions for all newer plans are run through Stripe. If you see that the above method does not apply to you, then you your account is run through Stripe so you should follow the steps below:

  • Click on the "..." icon at the top-right corner of the navigation menu,

  • Click "Settings",

  • And then, access the "Billing" page of the account,

  • Click the blue "Manage Stripe Billing" button,

  • Click "Cancel plan"
